Who are we and why should you trust us?
The Team
Our goal is to rethink ecommerce, not rehash it. We’re a small team, but we’re passionate about providing the most flexible ecommerce solution available, and we value you as a potential customer enough to be honest with you: If you’re looking for a big company that boasts about the swank of their offices, or you want a turnkey solution with plenty of hand holding, FoxyCart is not for you. We’re built for web professionals to implement their own custom solutions, without reinventing the wheel or dealing with PCI compliance.
Our size, however, allows us to implement functionality and respond to customer concerns quickly. And just because we’re small doesn’t mean you should expect less from us. We have one of the only one-page checkout + multiship checkout flows in the world, and have the most streamlined “new v. returning user” logins we’ve seen.
Currently our team is headed by Brett Florio and Luke Stokes, with 5 other team members (and growing) helping us exceed our users’ expectations. If you’d like more information, please feel free to contact us.
The Security
We take security very seriously, and do everything we can to ensure the integrity of your customers’ information. We are PCI compliant, Safe Harbor compliant, have multiple security scans (PCI requirements 1, 5, 6), and adhere to best practices wherever possible. Our servers are all located in secure facilities (PCI requirement 9), and access to our systems are granted on a “need-to-know” basis (PCI requirement 7), as required by the PCI rules. FoxyCart.com LLC is split between Nashville, TN and Seal Beach, CA, and has been in operation since 2006.
