If you need support on any aspect of your FoxyCart implementation please use our forum. Our forum provides a much faster way to deal with issues than email does, so we do not currently provide technical support via email. (If you’re unsure about what type of support you need you can certainly email us, but if we ask you to move the discussion to the forum it’s because it’s easier to solve the problem there, and not because we don’t want to help.)
Because the majority of phone support requests involve websites and code, technical support by phone isn’t available. It’s just too inefficient to try to communicate HTML validation and javascript errors over the phone. Our forum is a much more natural place to deal with those issues.
If you’d like to chat about billing or business development, or if you have pre-sales questions please call us at 855-FOXYCART (855.369.9227) between 10am-6pm PST, or use the contact form to the right to request a phone call. Please provide your name, phone number, timezone, and some good times to call. Due to our own internal tasks we cannot usually respond to phone call requests on the day they’re submitted.
