Do you offer phone support for questions and pre-sales information?


We appreciate that some people prefer to talk on the phones, but FoxyCart does not currently provide phone support or pre-sales. The reasons are two-fold:

  1. We actually like to talk on the phone, so if we did provide phone support or pre-sales we’d get nothing done, which would lead a lot frustrated users.
  2. When somebody does corner us on the phone the questions are usually things that are covered on our website, or support issues that would best be handled on our forum.

If you’d still really like a phone call, please include that information (along with a phone number and best time to reach you) in your request. Please don’t feel slighted if we aren’t able to call you, as most requests are much easier to handle by email. Thanks for understanding.
