How do I reset my password?

This might sound strange, but we cannot actually tell you what your password is, as it’s stored in our database using a one-way encryption method (called a “hash”). This means we can verify a password going in, but we can’t decrypt a password coming out. This provides a high degree of security, but also prevents password retrieval.

The best thing to do would be to attempt to login to the admin and enter any password you want. The page will display an error and ask you if you’d like the password to be reset and sent to you via email. Click that link and follow any applicable instructions.

Your password should be sent within a few seconds, but give it a few minutes to arrive. If you don’t see it within a few minutes please make sure to check your spam folder in case it went there. If you still don’t see it, please try it again, making sure to whitelist any @foxycart.com senders so it bypasses your spam filter.
