In addition, Corganics is also building a XML datafeed integration to feed into a warehouse pick-pack-ship application.
MODx CMS
Recurring billing for commercial support
When the MODx Foundation needed an ecommerce system for their new commercial support services, they chose FoxyCart for the ease of customization and the advanced integration possibilities. Using the FoxyCart XML datafeed and a custom processor, they are currently working on:
- SMF (forum) integration, to automatically grant FoxyCart customers access to private forums.
- Helpdesk email generation and authorization.
In addition, they were able to quickly tweak the standard FoxyCart stylesheet to bring their entire checkout process inline with their overall branding. All it took was a few extra lines of CSS and a dozen images for header text replacements.
